IMPORTANT ARTICA RULES AND INFORMATION
Artica is a participatory art festival.
We want people to create art and create responsibly.
We are new guests in this neighborhood and would like to be allowed to come back again.
Numerous city departments and officials
have allowed us to create this very edgy festival on a very public site
because of our past history of responsibility.
Please behave accordingly and encourage other participants to follow your example.
