[Spirit Clearing]: My apprentices and I as a group, assist you by working on your land space, possible vortexes and portals, geothermic lines, matrix, grids, time & space warps, tears, energy beings. DREAM MEDICINE CIRCLE
"I am Dreaming and I am Awake." Once a month Dream circle for beginners through advance dreamers. If you are the emotional creative type, the spacey dreamer or lucid type or the chaos type, then you are probably an untrained dreamer in a technological world - trying to fit in rather than hanging out with your own kind learning about your own gifts... We are such a group who gathers as Dreamers and Dreamkeepers to support each others dreams.

DREAM INCUBATIONS
Dream Incubation is an ancient healing art of dream work preparing with fasting, purification and prayer or meditation for three days to entering the Dream Temple. As an initiated shaman I can build the bridge between spirit and self allowing participants to receive their dreaming in a safe, shamanic protected space and grounded. Incubation are for healing, prophecy and spirit teaching and have been lead on earth by grandmothers for over 1 million years. Mary leads the ritual Dreaming, asking great spirit, ancestors and goddesses of primordial earth to flow through our dreaming space.

NIDRA DREAM MEDITATION
Nidra is a Hindu Goddess who was honored by her priestesses who were dreamkeepers and for over two thousand years her priestesses were not allowed to do dream incubation. So the only information we have left are what the Yogis held onto when the grandfather ruled all teachings. Now this time has been completed and the priestesses and dreamkeeper women are returning. Nidra Yoga is not a yoga it is a dream incubation discipline and tradition of dream, sleep and stillness in combination engaged to prepare and refine an emotionally, mentally and physically unification prior to seeking sublime levels and aspects of consciousness and awareness.

SEER and CLAIRVOYANT READINGS
Seership allows me to access the COLLECTIVE SOUL known in traditions as Oracle. I see a souls projected visual imagery with my Third Eye fully opened and then help you bridge information received with your question to allow changes in your present life to begin to move through fear of change. Clairvoyance is a sub-head under Seership. Clair is defined as 'Clear' and Voyance means 'Seeing'. Each of the Chakras hold information, the upper three are our male and the lower three our female. I see a color that corresponds to each of the aspects of a chakra such as survival issues, relationship issues, karmic issues, love, purpose, etc. I read what surfaces and together we move through the symbolism through discussion to work on personal emotional blocks and issues to help you begin to build changes slowly into your life.

ENERGY HEALER
I started as a Reiki Master practitioner for ten years but after my initiations from spirit as a collective Shaman, my ability to enter higher realms and dimensions made it possible for me to return with my own sacred symbol and dream keeper energy medicine contained within it. I've spent the last eight years healing large land and water masses of magnetic fields working with negative energy in both nature and spirit in public and private spaces, at sacred sites in North, Central and South America, the Northwest and Hawaii. Now returning to energy body healing on humans I work with the lower three 'Yin' Chakras specifically to open up the feminine Chakra‘s. with my DreamKeeper Attunement specifically for those interested in shamanism, dreamtime, 9earth land and water healing, domestic and wild animal healing.

MEDITATION
I have used Meditation and stillness of Mind to bring not only deep levels of peace but also to bring depths of wisdom from my soul to surface to my mind. I teach Stillness and Zen, closed and open eyed meditation. If you have not done meditated before, it is suggested that you follow your breaths or count your breaths. Let all thoughts pass. If thoughts arise, treat them as "clouds passing by." Acknowledge them, and let them pass. Focus your attention on your breath or on the counting. Start with ten minutes as a good goal to begin and later, as you gain experience and confidence, you can extend the periods up to 20 or 30 minutes and for mastery up to one hour.

METAPHYSICS
Knowledge is of the Mind, Wisdom is of the Emotion. We all must start somewhere.... I am knowledgeable about esoteric and metaphysical teachings and help others with their questions with proper guidance to educate their mind.

REBIRTHING
I am a certified rebirther. Rebirthing - Breathwork grew out of the work of Leonard Orr co-writing a book with Sondra Ray. Rebirthing is similar to the breath work of kriya yoga and pranayama, but moves deeper into the emotional body, inner child trauma to bring about improvements in health, mental clarity and emotional well-being. Rebirthing Breathwork, the main breathing technique is a connected breath, where the breather does not pause between inhale and exhale. Breathing sessions are done lying down and usually last between one to two hours and ten sessions are required.
